Hi, I'm Usama Afzal
I built Ecom Profit Calculator to help online sellers work out their real profit with results they can trust. Selling online comes with a lot of small charges, and it's easy to set a price that looks profitable but isn't once every fee is taken out.
My goal is simple: give every seller a free, accurate tool that shows the true numbers behind each sale, so they can price with confidence and grow a business that actually makes money.
Why this site exists
Most sellers know their item price and roughly what their materials cost. Far fewer know their real profit per order once listing fees, transaction fees, payment processing, shipping labels, packaging and advertising have all been taken out. Each cost is small on its own, but together they often take a third of the sale or more.
Ecom Profit Calculator puts every one of those numbers on one screen, so you can see quickly when a product is paying its way and when it isn't.

How I keep the results accurate
Default fee rates come from Etsy's, Shopify's and eBay's published pricing for US sellers and were last checked in October 2026. When a platform changes its fees, I update the calculators and guides, and the date on each page changes with them. Every fee field can be edited, so you can always match your own fee statement.
Every calculator shows its working: a full breakdown of each fee and cost, so you never have to take a number on trust. If a result ever looks wrong, or you spot a rate that's out of date, please let me know and I'll check it.
Independent and free
This site isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Shopify or eBay. The calculators are free to use with no sign-up, and they run entirely in your browser, so the numbers you enter stay on your device. The site may show advertising to cover its running costs.
